Thanks for all the interest in the commissions I've had drawn by Kittyhawk. I know she appreciates it too.

I've got some items in the pipeline with her right now. As soon as there is something to share, I'll post it. Again, I know she appreciates the interest in her art and I enjoy the interest in the ideas I've had commissioned from her. Thanks again and I hope you continue to enjoy.

Preview Night and the rest of the weekend

Last night the lines were long to get in, but worth it. I can't believe how much bigger this gets every year. The line to register snaked the entire outside of the convention center 3 times before snaking twice once inside. The registration was VERY fast. The line waiting for the 6pm opening of the Preview Night floor was another story.
The displays are great and the fans packed in there, as always. I remember as recently as 3 years ago on Preview Night being able to walk freely. Not last night. It was a mad house and mob scene in places. Too many vendors giving away too many free things to the throngs resorting to herd behavior.
Well, most of that stuff will be gone by today and the convention floor will calm down some with lots in line to see their favorite celebrity talk about their upcoming films. More to come

Are you going?

I'm a lucky guy, I live in San Diego. I've been fortunate that I've been able to go to several Comic-cons. The last 2 years I've been out of the country, so I'm looking to go again for the first time in a while.
